Creating & Signing into an Account

Atelier Masterclass supports email authentication (password / magic link), Google OAuth, and Sign in with Apple on iOS and Web platforms. All user data is protected with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.

Managing Studio Inventory

Track your physical studio materials across 7 categories (Paints, Brushes, Mediums, Surfaces, Drawing, Tools, Other). Monitor tube quantities, open tube fill levels (0–100%), and automatic reorder thresholds with direct links to Jackson's Art and trusted suppliers.

Selecting a Painting Medium

Choose between Oil, Watercolour, Acrylic, Gouache, and Drawing media. The platform enforces strict medium isolation so that recommendations and colour formulations only utilize materials and techniques compatible with your selected medium.

Important Colour-Mixing Guidance & Disclaimers

Computational Starting Point Notice: All paint-mixing formulations generated by Atelier Masterclass are practical computational starting approximations based on optical Kubelka-Munk principles. They are not laboratory-calibrated physical guarantees of exact physical colour matches. Physical results depend on manufacturer pigment load, binder aging, drying shifts, and substrate absorption. Always test mixtures on a scrap ground.

Saving Painting Projects & Dossiers

Save high-resolution reference studies, underdrawing grids, colour palettes, and layered step-by-step master execution plans into cloud project folders.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Atelier Pro is available at €15/month or €149/year (saving ~17%) with 400 Studio Credits per month for AI operations. Non-AI tools are unlimited. Web purchases are billed securely via Stripe; mobile purchases made on iOS are billed through your Apple ID account.

Restoring Purchases

Web subscriptions sync automatically upon signing in. For Apple in-app purchases or synchronization assistance, email Neilspost2@gmail.com with your purchase receipt for 24-hour entitlement activation.

Account Deletion & GDPR Compliance

To permanently delete your account and all associated studio inventory, palettes, and dossiers, email Neilspost2@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. All data will be purged within 72 hours.
