This Privacy Policy describes how Atelier Masterclass ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our web application at www.ateliermasterclass.art.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your email address and name when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Usage data: Records of AI actions taken (e.g. painting plans generated, images created) for credit deduction purposes.
• Content you create: Reference images, palette data, notebook entries, and archive records you save within the platform.
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Google account data: If you connect Google Drive/Docs, we access only the specific files and documents you interact with through our platform, using permissions you explicitly grant.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Atelier Masterclass service.
• To process subscription payments and credit purchases.
• To deduct Studio Credits for AI actions taken.
• To save and restore your studio workspace (palettes, references, notebooks, gallery).
• To communicate important service updates to you by email.

3. Google Data

When you connect your Google account, we request access to Google Drive and Google Docs to enable the Drive & Docs Workspace feature. This access is used solely to display and interact with your files within the Atelier Masterclass interface. We do not store your Google files on our servers, share them with third parties, or use them for AI training.

You may revoke Google access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure. Row-level security ensures that each user can access only their own data. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google — AI services (Gemini API) and authentication
• Netlify — web hosting

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Your Data is Never Used for AI Training

Your artwork, palette records, notebook entries, uploaded images, and any content you create or upload within Atelier Masterclass are never used to train AI models.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing Neilspost2@gmail.com.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

9. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
